    I was reading about this diet, what are every ones thoughts

    Your first meal to your last is 8 hours..

    So you fast for 24hours!

    How would this work if you work out!

    Was told you can eat what ever you want but in moderation!

    Sounds like IF. Wouldn't the fast be 16 hrs?

    I eat similarly to this. I train fasted then eat my first meal at around 12pm then my last around 6. It is an easier protocol for me to follow than having to eat small meals every 2 hours all day. The best diet though is the one that you can stick to and are happy with. Give it a try and see how it works for you. Btw I don't believe Eating this way has any physiological benefit over the standard 6 meal a day diet you always hear about. Its more psychological for me.

    In the study they showed 2 mice both same calorie intake but 1 only 8 hours and the other anytime he wanted, the one that ate anytime he wanted was 2.5 times bigger (fatter) it was an interesting read for sure
