micronutrient timing
i know we talk a lot about macros here, but what about the micro ones.
i know some are fat soluble and some are water soluble.
do any of yall specifically time your micro nutrients? and if so, how?
just thought it would make a good discussion.

Not really. I guess if I were being REALLY meticulous, I might, but I feel like I already spend enough time and energy with diet and training. I just take my multi + some additional vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes - and carry on with my day.
Note - I do take my digestive enzymes about 30 mins prior to a meal. I guess that counts for something.
