I would like to thank everyone on this forum for the awesome source of information here.
But I have a quick question on calories if anyone would be so kind to assist.
I am trying to burn fat. I have done a ton of calorie calculators and with my size, and losing 1.5 lbs /week of fat. I should be in taking a base calorie of 1740. Today I ate 1659 calories in food. I worked out this morning and burnt a large amount of calories, as well as I had to walk a lot of stairs and what not at work. Than went to this gym this evening and did a vigorous chest and tricep workout. Because of the work outs I need to eat 1338 calories to meet my baseline. I don't feel hungry, or weak. Is it safe for me to leave this? or should I go munch on something with high calories to be closer to my baseline?
I know this is probably a newbie question, Sorry for that.
