My 2 week cutting eating plan, what do you think?
Alright so I have been bulking for the last little while, but I just booked a trip to somewhere hot for a week and I wanna look dam sexy on the beach. Let me know what you think of this plan. Also I know 2 weeks isnt a ton of time for a cut but I think I can drop a few pounds of fat by then.
Stats
Age 24
Height 5'11
Weight 185
bodyfat% about 10
Calories
I will be using the lbm x 15 model for my daily tdee and going to a 500 calorie deficit for cutting.
[185 - (185*.10)]*15 = 2500 - 500 (deficit) = 2000 calories daily.
Macro's
Using a 50/25/25 split
250 grams protein
125 grams carbs
55 grams fat
Example daily diet
7:00 am
1 cup of oats, 16 egg whites, 3 tbsp peanut butter
56 grams protein, 60 grams carbs, 25 grams fat
8:00 am (intra workout)
1 tbsp gatorade, 10 grams bcaa's
12 grams carbs
9:00 a.m (post workout)
2 scoop whey protein, 10 grams bcaa's 5 grams glutamine
50 grams protein
12:00 pm
300 grams chicken breast, conola oil

300 grams chicken breast, 1 cup rice

10:00 pm (night shake)
1 scoop whey protein, 5 grams glutamine

Total
255 grams protein
132 grams carbs
55 grams fat
I always leave a bit of difference between the goals and actualities for discrepncies in actual food size (ie a chicken breast being a but smaller than the average I dont weigh my food)
I am cutting out creatine for 2 weeks aswell as I find this makes me hold a bit of water.
Supplements-
Vitamin C
Omega 3
Vitamin d
glutamine
bcaa's
ECA stack once a day
Thoughts, suggestions?

also I should note that my biggest concern while on this eating plan is losing overall mass and simply becoming generally smaller. Is this a real concern or do you think that more fat than musce will be lost giving a more tight look instead of just smaller?

looks pretty standard to me. I've always been a fan of cyclic keto diets, but they are really no fun.
