Farm foods and ALDI are good for your chicken breast you can buy a bag if 10 chicken breast for £8. Tesco do a great whey protein fir £18 nutri-lean. Obviously good lean beef is gonna be expensive wherever you go but ASDA do some great deals on Steaks.Quote:

You get 600g of frozen chicken breast at Tesco for £2.50 and pork, same price. Eggs are cheap and always good. Porridge oats. Lentils £1. Frozen veg is good stuff too.
I get 10kg of frozen chicken for £25!
I will check out the Morrison suggestion though.
It's a but scruffy but in this day and age when funds are tight and you need protein why not? I got a nice piece if pork the other week for 19p can't go wrongQuote:
