Hey guys, this is going to sound unbelievable but I swear by it...I have been on the diet for one week....today I took in about 80 carbs and 275 g protein (without shakes)....and I've been taking half the recommended dose of Xenadrine, just to get used to it....anyways I have lost 8 lbs, can see definitions I have never seen before AND was about to do my last bench set 20 lbs. heavier AND got more reps than usual. Anyways I was just wondering if this was normal for starting a diet?? I feel awsome. Anyways I was just wondering, did somebody say the sodium makes you retain water weight??? Because I am putting mustard on EVERYTHING...anyways just letting you guys know how things have been going...
