    Help

    I'm 6'3ft,250 pounds,18%bf,I'm eating 5 meals,oats in the morning,3 chicken meals wit rice or pasta or patoteos,and last meal just eggs,want to get to 230 pounds,how does my diet look,any help!!!!

    Your diet looks... like it's missing a lot of information. Please post up a complete diet plan with each meal laid out in detail, complete macro nutrient info, etc. You won't get any serious answers with what you've given us above.

    Not sure of how much of every thing I'm geting each meal,tat cud b my problem,one chicken fillet and a half a cup of rice,I'm not sure how to check wat I'm geting each meal

    I use an excel spread sheet that I made to track my daily intake. Here is an example. PM me and if you have excel I could send it to you, then you could modify the targets for your needs.

    Just remember this was just one day. I have since made changes to my meal plan. I drink black coffee with BCAA before my morning cardio and try to get all my carbs other than green veggies in meal 1-4. Lots of fish, chicken and protein. Also you are at a different level than me ... I still have a lot of fat to get rid of while you are leaner. Just read labels write down what you eat and when, find what works for you.
