I have been been getting progressively stricter on diet and workouts over the course of the passed 5 months. This is my current diet I have been running for 1.5 and plan on running for another 2-3 months.

Current stats

Lifting consistant for 4 months (been training on and off for 13 years)
Started 250lbs
Now 203lbs approx 18%bf
Goal 190lbs

Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1 cup cooked oatmeal
Meal 2: turkey sandwich on wheat
Meal 3: protein shake
Meal 4: 4oz chicken breast
Meal 5: pwo protein shake w almond milk
Meal 6: 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup cooked brown rice.

Sometimes ill add another protein shake at night or tablespoon of natural peanut butter if I'm hungry.

Macros:

40g fat
150g carbs
260g protein.
