    test cyp 500mg a week for 10 weeiks... DIET!!!

    8:00am
    3whole eggs 7 whites
    cup of aotmeal
    banna-or some fruit(AVACODO)
    fat free or 1% millk
    water

    10:00am
    little tna, protien drink,
    turkey sandwhich
    w/ spinach or some kind of veggies

    12:00
    some kind of meat- chicken, hamburg
    cup of veggies
    FF milk or water


    2:00
    some kind of meat- chicken ,hamburg, turkey
    veggies
    apple / banana/ orange(some kind of fruit)
    water

    4:00pm
    meat, turkey sandhich2x, tuna, fish ,chicken
    fruit
    veggies/spinach




    6pm
    could be anything, some meat tuna , chicken,(.any good source of protein))
    veggies
    water

    8:00pm
    about 1cup of fat free cottage cheese, slice of wheat with natural penutbutter


    10pm- protien drink whey, slow absorption

    all drinks consit of: water-plan green tea(nothing added to it), and once in a while maybe once a day a glas of 2% of FF milk

    Meals may change up a bnit but will still cinsist of , protein, fats an little carbs... i plan on having most of carbs early an less carb intake as the day goes on, so my last meal will have probly no carbs(tryin to get tht clean bulk cut)

    suppliments: fish oils, muliti vitamins, creatin, any possibly anoter one or two things



    I would like any advise, opinions or thoughts, anything and everything is good.

    Might get a response if you post your stats..age weight bf% and what your goal is, from the looks of things you're trying to lose weight.

    bf%- about 15%
    goal- get sgredded... pretty much, just hate my size an been working out hard ofr a good 3 yrs and just feel like im ready, i eat clean and know my foods pretty well. been seein results nautrally figure get my results faster, by doing a cycle safe and right. plan on doing it soon, would love any advise or opinions or meals, an to clean bulk

    22 steering cycle this Monday may 6. Any advise ill take. Beside I'm to young.. I've been training an eating right for a long time and I'm ready for this basic cycle thanks everyone!
