    Waxy Maize for PWO carbs?

Curious what people think about waxy maize for post workout carbs? I understand they are low on the glycemic index which is why I want to try em out. I have been using maltodextrin but as I understand it its like taking in 45 grams of sugar. Also I will not add a cup of oats to my PWO shake ever so thats not in the realm of possibilities.

Stick to real food with nutrients for real results. Maltodexrin is just carbs... No vitamins... No fiber... And taste bad..
And theres nothing special about a post workout meal. Thats broscience. U dont need to "insulin spike" with carbs post workout.

never said I needed an insulin spike but I know what your getting at.

Although I realize the new commmonly accepted practice is to hate on any post workout nutrition on here I do beleive their is a benifit to taking in carbs/protein after a workout.
