5'9" currently 195lbs trying to cut some bodyfat

For the past 2 weeks I've been on a stricter "cutting" type diet. I try to keep a 45p/35c/20f macro split with carbs only going over on lift days. I've lost around
8-9lbs, but so far I can't really tell much of a difference in appearance. Maybe I need to give myself more time. My TDEE is ~3000 so I dropped my overall calorie
intake down to 2500 on non training days. On my work out days I've been allowing myself to go over 2500 to around 2900 due to the calories from my post-workout
meal, thus ending up closer to a 40p/40c/20f split on training days.
Are there any tips or advice you guys could give me?
Should I change macros or calories?
