How are you all.
Now I know how difficult it can be to set up a meal plan, and do all the math to calculate your intake vs. your caloric limit.
So I created a meal plan calculator, which will help you all with it.
It's very easy to use, just input the amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats, and it will do the rest.
I also included instructions on how to use it as well.
Try it out, let me know what you think.
