    How does my cutting diet look?

    Meal 1: 1/2 cup of Egg Whites & 1 cup of Oatmeal
    -Workout
    Meal 2: Protein Shake
    Meal 3: Tuna with salsa on WW Bread
    Meal 4: Chicken & Broccoli
    Meal 5: Talapia
    Meal 6: Casein Protein

    What are the macros? What is your TDEE?

    Unless you are a 110lb dude I doubt you are even eating enough. You should post your stats if you want someone to give some proper feed back

    Your likely to lose muscle with this low of a calorie intake. What are your stats? No PWO carb...bad idea.

    I'm 23, 511, 180lbs. Why is carbs before a workout bad? what should i add to my diet?

    We all have snacks like that from time to time mate.
