So we all have cheat meals or days during a cutting phase (for obv reason) but has anyone heard/done/read about doing a depletion during a clean bulk or bulk? Would be the same concept of a cheat day for cutting but the exact opposite.
Ie a day of all lean protein and very little carbs/fat.
Common sense would tell me that it could have 2 different effects.
1. Change up the routine a little and shock you're body if its getting used to its normal macros
2. If the bulk is turning to dirty you'll spark your body to burn fat storages.
This concept could make absolute no sense, I'm just thinking out loud.
