Hey everyone, so I need help with my diet.
I went from 200lbs to 188lbs on a dirty but under maintenance diet. (small amounts of pizza + lots of protein)
Cleaned up my diet and calculated TDEE and went from 188-178ish...
Now even with readjusting diet with tdee I can't lose weight! I don't know what to do anymore... I've been same weight for 2 months.
