I'm male 23years 6ft 220lbs I'm following this diet to reduce body fat rigt. Now I'm at 23% approx wi th some loose skin please give me some advice on following......
Meal 1 carbs
Workout
Meal 2 egg whites (protein)
Meal 3 egg whites (protein)+salad
Meal 4 chicken breasts 250gm
Meal 5 egg whites (protein)
Meal 6 egg whites (protein)
Meal 7 salad
Meal 8 egg whites
I started this few weeks ago but there is very little bf reduction what and how should I change my diet to reduce bf to 10%
