Hi, wrote up a new diet for cutting while doing a cycle of clen, just done 5 days of no carbs and I don't like it so thought I'd change it up to this.
What do you think?
Breakfast- 3/4 cup oats, 200 grams natural yogurt, 1 scoop protein
Mid morning- 1 scoop protein
Lunch- 300 grams chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice
Mid arvo- 1 scoop protein
Dinner- 300 grams lean meat, 200 grams salad with balsamic vinegar no carbs
Pre workout- pre workout supp, creatine (not monohydrate)
Post workout- 1 and 1/2 scoop protein, 50 grams simple carbs (lollies, waxy maise etc)
Before bed- 10-20 grams almonds or 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter and 1 scoop protein
