    Question for female friend trying to add mass...

    ok her stats are-
    24 years old, 4'11 and currently at 115lbs with 16% bf. She is eating 2300-2500 calories a day with 6 meals a day.

    She is trying to put some mass on, and was wondering what her crab/sugar.....and protein/fat for that matter intake should be.'

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Mass as in muscle?

    She will put some serious weight on pretty fast if she continues to eat those many calories everyday, that's for sure.
