    Best macro split for a lean bulk

    Startinga lean bulk soon eating at maintenance for a bit so roughly 2500 cals or so

    what is the best macro split of PCF

    50 30 20
    ?

    40 40 20?

    50 40 10?

    Runing deca and test.

    Then will slowly increase cals week by week or until i stop gaining. But really trying to minimise fat. Only really looking to fill out a bit more, not looking to add a bunch of unwanted fat and bodyfat. Did that last year and it wasnt a pleasent site lol

    also can someone please tell me if i have this right. 2500 cals on a 50 30 20 split of PCF would be

    312 protein
    190g carbs
    55 fat?

    Is that correct?

    Really see most people do well with 50/30/20 but varies as we are all different. If too many carbs make you gain fat stick with that. Personally I find 45/35/20 to work well for me on a lean bulk but limiting carbs below that does not work well for me.
