I am going to the beach in 12 days and want to look my best. I plan on doubling carbs day before and cutting down fat. Is that the best?
Currently i do:
HIIT 2X weekly
LISS 2x weekly .
6 day split. Chest, arms, back, shoulders, legs, rest. Abs 3-4x
Been drinking gallon and half of water a day. Do I need to change this or sodium anytime?
Supplements: orange triad multivitamin , oxi mega fish oil, 5g creatine daily, oxy elite pro, pre workout, trutein
