    Critique my cut/carb deplete and load!

    Currently consuming 2700 calories a day which is 500 under maintenance.

    270 grams protein
    114 grams fat
    150 carbs

    I am going to the beach in 12 days and want to look my best. I plan on doubling carbs day before and cutting down fat. Is that the best?

    Currently i do:
    HIIT 2X weekly
    LISS 2x weekly .
    6 day split. Chest, arms, back, shoulders, legs, rest. Abs 3-4x

    Been drinking gallon and half of water a day. Do I need to change this or sodium anytime?

    Supplements: orange triad multivitamin , oxi mega fish oil, 5g creatine daily, oxy elite pro, pre workout, trutein

    Right off the bat, I think your fat is too high. Granted you're already lean, but in that case I'd actually drop fat and bump carbs - take advantage of the anabolic environment carbs will create. If you're already 9%, what is your goal? What more do you want just for going to the beach? You'll already look great at 9%. You don't need to kill yourself getting into contest shape for the shore, lol! Just my opinion.

    Isn't 0.5g of fat per lb a staple??

    Haha i know I just don't go to contests and this is the one time I wanna see how far I can push my body

    Fair enough man... if you got it in you, then I don't see why you shouldn't go for it!

    I don't really bother with figuring fat per/lb of bodyweight, but if I were, I'd be going with LBM, not totay bodyweight. That'd put you at roughly 90g - still a bit high IMO, but better.

    At 9% if you had some beef, its going to show no matter what.
    Post up a pic. If you really want to look jacked just cut your carbs down for 2-3 days before your beach day then carb up that morning

    If you want anyone to notice your legs I suggest trimming that mountain of hair hah, I actually always trim my leg hair, its A LOT more comfortable

    Haha i promised myself I'd never touch my leg hair. I get my chest and stomach waxed. Shave everything else. Besides legs

    lol. I've been thinking about doing it... i'm pretty hairy and getting SICK of shaving all the time... plus 1-2 days later i'm stabbing my wife like a cactus.

    So it was that bad, huh?
