    Question???

I've been eating clean for about 2 months (40-60 protein & 40-60 of carb each meal). I eat 6 times a day and boy have I seen some changes in my body.. however, one thing that I can't stand is the gas I get.. I get gas like crazy all day and my wife is fed up... Do any of you guys have this problem and if do what do you all do??? Is there something I can take to prevent this?? Thanks

H2 antagonists or magnesium (bi)carbonates can slow gastric motility and reduce dyspepsia.

    Most are OTC.
    Pepcid
    Zantac
    Gaviscon
    Maalox
    Mylanta
    Tagamet

Avoid proton pump inhibitors like Prilosec. They can cause "rebound" issues when discontinued.

If u have a dog, blame it on him/her. That's what I do. Even if the dog isn't near u. I've even used it on vacation when the dog is in another state. Seems to work for the most part. Haha
