    grams of carbs per day?

I was just wondering how many grams of carbs do you all take while on pct or off of cycle? I'm currently on my 4th week of pct and I am eating clean but I think I'm not eating the right amount.. I've gotten smaller but I'm still defined.. from 202lbs I'm now 184lbs. Yikes

Yes, I know tell me about it.. I'm currently eating 40 grams of carbs each meal total of 5 meals. This totals 200 grams in a day.... Let me also say though that I did not know anything about eating clean till my last 3 weeks cycle. Now that I eat clean I see a big change in body but I'm just afraid that my carbs are too low... what are your thoughts anyone??? thanks

Forget carbs by themselves - what did your total calories look like during the cycle, and what do they look like PCT/now?

    Body fat is 15% ....

K, this is what Im intaking now

meal 1..10 white eggs & 1 1/2 uncoocked oat meal
meal 2...protein shake 2 scoops and 1 1/12 uncoocked oat meal
meal 3...8 oz chicken breast 3/4 cooked brown rice
meal 4...protein shake 2 scoops and 1 1/12 uncoocked oat meal
meal 5...8oz chicken breast 3/4 cooked brown rice or 8 oz turkey or fish
**** thinking of adding a 6th meal chicken and brown rice
** PS. I usually eat greens late at night or with one of my meals, should I eat more greens

all this totals to 45.5 fats, 489 carbs, 301 protein, 3600 cals... Should I add to this??
Like I stated this is what I'm taking now starting today. I was intaking pretty much the same thing but instead of 80 grams of carbs per meal I was olnly doing 40 which also brings th cals down..

    what are your thoughts??

So I, getting your roughy mtnce cals at about 2375.... So if your going to be eating at 3600 then your probably not going to loose any more muscle since your cycle due to insufficient calorie intake.....

However next time you need to go into a cycle knowing your maintenance calories so that you can work off that.....

Say for example you know you are maintaining at 2500 cals and you aim to gain 10 lbs of actual muscle in a cycle you know that at the end of the cycle your new mtnce calories will be roughly 3000 cals.... (Approx 50 cals per lb of muscle per day)....

So you can come out of PCT at around 250 cals above your new mtnce (to ensure little loss of LBM) and its a lot easier....

Hope this helps in the future
