    Weekend update:

Saturday - last day of zero carbs

Suprisingly my 3rd day of omitting carbs was easier than the previous days. Being at home allowed me to substitute some meals and add in some extra flavor, it was a nice change.

It was an off-day but I did get quite a bit of cardio in with my dog at the park. Soo much more fun than a treadmill.

    Sunday - refeed!

What an amazing day.. rice never tasted soo good! My diet was pretty on point and I didn't butcher my macros too bad. I did eat a few cookies and many pistachios though.

    Week in review:

Overall it has been a pretty decent experience soo far. At times it has been challenging, but worth it. I feel good and my face/midsection already look slimmer. The hardest part has been the mental aspect. To me I look deflated and feel weaker, although my strength has been up in the gym and my veins are popping even more than usual, I fear I may be compromising lbm. My weight has remained stable after the initial 2 lb drop and I can't wait to carb up again and look pumped.

    On to week #2..

i think the best way to see if you are losing LBM is to get your BF tested.

Solid idea my friend, I'll have to look around for a bodpod. It would be nice to know.
