6am- 1 cup of egg whites or 2 eggs &1/2 cup of egg whites
3/4cup of oats
1 tablespoon of all natural peanut butter
10am- 1 can of tuna
One banana
Piece of fruit (pear, orange, grapes)
1pm- fish (salmon) or any lean fish
1/4 cup of brown rice
Few pieces of broccoli
4pm- 1 chicken breast
1/4 of brown rice
Or 1/4 of oatmeal
Or 1 baked potato
Veggie shake
Workout protein shake post
7pm- steak or any lean meats
Before bed - 3/4 cup of cottage cheese
And cardio 3-4 times per week
Weight lifting Monday-Friday.
I am a mesoporph and I want to cut to about 8 % bf while maintaining muscle mass.
I am currently about 16% bf, 174 lbs 5'7
I would appreciate any help on my diet to achieve this goal
