ok im 20 yrs old 5'10'' 240lbs... over 20% body fat
i am soon going to be cycling clenbuterol and an eca stack 2 weeks each for 8 weeks....
i need to lose alot of fat
i will be running every morning... and lifting 5 times a week
anyone have a Simple diet for me to follow...
i dont mind having protein shakes very often and i love bananas
if anyone can link me to a diet or post somethign simple that doesnt require alot of preparation or money... i dont care about eating the same things over and over... and i love tuna and eat alot of it and never get sick of it
