hello I had very high blood sugar and doc said I had diabetes- he gave me insulin and metformin-I took the pills and almost total cut sugar I lost about 40 lbs and sugar is normal now my question is my diet now --It seems like weight lost has come to a halt
My meals are morning 2-3 scrambled eggs slice wheat toast with cinnamon
Around 10am I have some oatmeal. Lunch is grilled chicken breast with broccoli and some almonds
dinner is either chicken pork or lean grilled steak with spinish or broccoli I drink plenty of water and have only one ice coffee with sweet low I don't snack or drink do have protein shake with slim milk do you guys think I need to count calories closely or mix things up- I hit gym 3-4 solid days a week with 30min cardo and lifting. I weigh 192lbs 35yrs young--Thanks guys for any advice
