Help with cutting diet plan setup

Ok guys i had some help with Mickey and he told me to come here to ask you guys. I am wanting to drop just fat and hold on to muscle and as much strength as possible.
My calorie needs to do this are 2500 after subtracting 500 from my TDEE 3000 at my current level. I work at a hospital, where i am on my feet all day and rarely have time to eat a solid meal as a snack.
So i would appreciate the snacks being something a lot more easier to consume. My work hours are 7AM to 330PM. I like to workout in the evening at around 430. I can do cardio in the morning when weather warms up a bit.
Could someone help me with a diet plan setup? I watched those nutrition videos in the stickies and it's very informative info. But would like to hear some of your guy is input. Thanks ahead for any ideas and tips!!

Hey buddy, can you list what you typically eat in a day? It would be easier to tweak it for you rather than posting an entire plan for you

Well i have been doing IF )Intermitent Fasting) i just eat 8 hours out of the day, but my diet is not in check whatsoever, horrible diet. I eat whatever basically. I know what foods to eat i just don't know so much the Macros.
Maybe a little help with Carb placement. Like i know that Carbs should be in the morning and pre and post workout, maybe just a little during the day (fiberous).
