    What not to eat when bulking

    I see a lot of threads with suggestions on what to eat and what a specific person is eating but I can't find one for specific foods not to eat or drink I'm sure there is a few and I can mention some but looking for more input thanks

    to avoid unwanted fat gains, you should basically just eat the same as if you were cutting.. just more of it...

    that about sums it up.

    keep to your macro splits somewhat. i've cheated and added peanut butter to my evening shakes, killing the fat ratio, and adding weight TOO quickly.

    but the idea is to continue to eat cleanly, just more of it

    Agree with others. I eat the same stuff, just more of it. A little more leniant with cheat meals as well.

    Alright, I'll say it. Just hit your macro's. you're bulking who cares.

    If your macro's are set right and you stick to them you'll be limited as to how much 'junk' food you can eat anyway
