Let me know how this looks to you guys (and girls too). I would say that my diet is pretty sound. My goal is to reduce the amount of bodyfat I am carrying while maintaining the muscle mass that I have, maybe even add a little. I should add that I do cardio most weeks on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (20 to 30 min) after weight training. On Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday I do cardio (at least 35 minutes) either first thing in the morning or 2 hours after first meal.My diet varies slightly day to day and I will try to explain it in as much detail as I can. Here goes:

Meal 1 7AM: (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
½ cup dry Oatmeal
2 to 3 Tbsp crunchy PB
2 scoops Optimum Choc. Whey
2 capsules Lipo 6 by Nutrex

Workout 7:30 AM: (Weights M, T, TH, F)

Meal 2 9AM: (Postworkout)
9 Ice cubes
3.5 Scoops Optimum Whey (½ vanilla, ½ chocolate)
2 bananas
1.5 cup skim milk

11:30- 2 capsules Lipo 6

Meal 3 Noon:
Spagetti:
1 to 1.25cup whole wheat noodles
5 oz. Prego Mushroom sauce
8 oz. 95% lean ground sirloin or ground round
garlic
oregano

Meal 4 3PM: (Mon, Wed, Fri veggies and Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun carb)
Yam/Baked Potato or Vegetables- 1 yam or 2 small potatoes, or 1 cup veggie
8 to 12 oz. Top Round steak or eye of round steak
A-1 sauce (3 tbsp)

5 PM- 2 capsules Lipo 6

Meal 5 6PM: (Thu, Sun carb others veggies)
Vegetable or Carbohydrate (1 cup brown rice, baked potato)
2 chicken breasts (usually 8 to 12 oz.)
3 tbsp Honey Mustard

Meal 6 9PM: (always veggies)
1 cup vegetables
1 package (7.1 oz) Albacore Tuna or Pink Salmon
Tabasco Sauce

Meal 7 10:30PM: (If I’m still hungry)
10 Egg whites
1 whole egg
Tabasco sauce

This is pretty much what my diet looks like. Sometimes for my noon meal I will eat ½ of a low fat pizza consisting of 1 Boboli thin crust, 5 oz. Sauce, 3 oz. Reduced fat Mozzerella, 3 oz. Turkey pepperoni. On Thursday for 1 meal (usually noon) I will sometimes eat at Taco Bell and have chicken burritos without cheese and sour cream or I will go to the Chinese place and have Szechuan Beef (cheat meal). Occasionally I will eat a Detour bar at noon or 2 PM also. For reference I am:

Bodyfat 23% (shooting for 12% or less)
Chest- 46”
Thigh- 25.5”
Arms 15.5” Left, 16” Right
