and could i take one teaspoon of sugar with coffee per day at cutting ?

Buy a scale and weigh your food

Use stevia instead. It's sweet but ur body doesn't digest it.

If you have cravings for something high in sugar and really can't live with out it drink it or eat it post work out until you can totally quit it.. best time to do some cheating if you have to
