    New scale

    For anyone that is having trouble counting or doesn't have the app on the phone. This was my idea to count easier especially when weighing my food exact amounts. $40 on amazon. Does everything. The book it comes with has a wide variety of foods. Type in number, weigh the item and all macros are given. Good stuff in my book. Pic could be better sorry.
