    18 years old have chrons disease, any suggestions for dirty bulk? What exercises should I stick to most? Is cardio a must?

    Btw I have 'heard' drinking 1 litre of milk a day is a good way to start

    I have a suggestion for a dirty bulk: dont do it.

    Why not use good quality food choices?

    Hmmm haha arggg it's hard to find food with heaps of cals that is clean man! Sany suggestions of the some good high cal meals with chicken? SAUSAGES BARBIQUE YAYAYAY

    That's absolutely untrue. You just have to look and learn. The nutrition forum here has great members with loads of advice on how to bulk cleanly. There is no reason to dirty bulk. It's laziness. There are also threads here you can find on bulking for hard gainers. There are also recipe references like The Anabolic Cookbook.

    You just have to use the space between your ears, look, listen, and read. There are numerous resources if you spend the time looking and this forum is one of the best resources.

    oats, rice, whole wheat pasta, beans, whole wheat bread

    apples, oranges, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, mango

    spinach, brussel sprouts, tomato, onion, bell peppers, lettuce, squash, corn, cucumber, zucchini, okra

    peanut butter, avocado, walnuts, almonds, EVOO, coconut oil

    U only want 500-700 over ur tdee. Otherwise ur just gaining excess fat.

    Certainly in excess of your TDEE. If you are eating at or below your maintenance calories, you won't gain.

    Yeah but I'm so pissed I lost everything that's why I'm so keen and desperate to get it back loosing 20kg is not fun when everyone starts teasing u and calling you skinny because you went from someone who had a good body to some skinny muther f***** who is UN aesthetic

    Look, u can do whatever u want, it's ur life and we don't care either way. You can take advice from those that have done what u wanna do and say it doesn't pan out or u can do a dirty bulk, which is just that. Dirty, empty calories.

    I was 75kg when I was training then went down to 55kg, I'm not being a dick I appreciate the advice! Height 5'7

    I'd say maybe 15% ish. Idk, 405 can u help me out here? It's hard for me to tell. If 15% is about right then...

    55kg (121lbs) x .85 = 46.75 (103lbs) lbm

    103 x 15 = 1545 cal

    1545 + 500 = 2045 cals

    U should eat about 2045 cals to be in an excess of 500 cals. CLEAN FOOD

    Stick with food. U should be able to get 2100 cals VERY easily from food.

    I had a gf with crones. Is there anything u can't eat?

    Alright so complex carbs don't affect u? My ex gf couldn't digest dairy or complex carbs correctly.

    Well I think ur split should b 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fats. Adjust from there.
