This is my cutting diet i'm starting next week. Comments welcome.

I finished my second cycle of test prop about a month ago and while it was only a short cycle, I gained 8kg and have managed to retain a lot of it. The cutting phase is just about to commence and i'm aiming to get from about 15%bf to 11%bf over 12 weeks. Aim is to maintain as much LBM as possible so i'm still consuming a moderate levels of carbs though I shall be complimenting my workouts with 4-5 cardio sessions a week - boxing, MMA etc.
Diet is as follows and macros are in the P/C/F format as usual:

I'm not expecting this diet to be particularly exciting as you can see from its content however I got such solid gains from the cycle that all I need to do now is cut the excess and i'll be stoked with my progress.
