Holy crap, theres a diet section *hangs head in shame*

Obviously I havent been in here much...

quick question for the protein gods, I have a difficult time stomaching salmon. What are the best alternatives? I currently eat talapia and basa.

    Thanks in advance...

Talapia is ok on the protein scale and pretty lean too. Nothing wrong with that choice. I just prefer salmon because of the fat content.

It depends what you mean by alternative. I'm a big fan of orange roughy. It doesn't have the fat profile of salmon though.

but thats why I want to replace it with equal goodness. I want the extra fats... All the good carbs and fats come in foods I despised (yams, avocados, salmon)
