Whats up fellahs, I'm back again with a new diet layout I recently found through some research. Not to long ago I posted up my previous diet plan that I had my heart set on, but I recently stumbled upon this solid looking diet and may just have to give it a shot!
Ht: 6' 7"
Wt: 240lbs
BF: 15%
Goal: cut and maintain / gain additional LBM.
Planning on incorporating a cutting cycle within the next month (Test / Tren).
So heres the diet layout, I think it looks damn good!
Meal 1:
1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon
1 whole egg
8 egg whites
1 cup 1% milk
4 strips Lilydale DayStarters Bacon Flavour Turkey Slices
Meal 2:
2 scoops whey
1 oz cashew nuts
Meal 3:
6oz Chicken Breast
5oz Sweet Potato
2 cups Spinach Salad
1 tbsn MCT Oil
light balsamic dressing
Meal 4:
120g Canned Tuna
light mayonnaise
1 tbsn MCT oil
1 cup mixed carrot and celery sticks
Meal 5:
2 scoops whey
2 scoops waxy maize
Meal 6:
6oz Sirloin
1 cup steamed brocoli
Meal 7:
Liberte plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsn Natural Peanut Butter
1 scoop casein
TOTALS:
3,095 Cal - 112.0g Fat - 201.8g Carbs - 32g Fiber - 335.6g Protein
