    Need help with diet!

    Hi I need help with my diet plan I am trying to get massive strength gains(Bulking) and do not know to much about what foods to eat.

    chicken, beef, fish, eggs/egg whites, sweet potato, broccoli, spinach, brown rice, whole meal/grain bread, oats, etc..

    just keep eating
