So I am 33 5 225 bf must be 20 w25
3 weeks lifting again after 4 months off and hernia surgery
I have cycled 8 times
Need to bring bf down ASAP
Right now doing low carb I feel bloated and puffy when too many carbs in
So lots of meat and cheese greens
I am down from 236 5 weeks ago to 225
I have eatten ok in past I don't want to compete how ever wouldn't mind trimming to 9 to 12 bf def around 15 18 to start pinning again
My work schedule is different every day every week I can manage snacks and my lunch
But no real routine since some days are up at 4 am or work til 10
Am doing 4 ton5 days week cardio 30 mins
II know diet is key and cardio will help
I also like a few beers once in a while
I like to look and feel good also like having more leeway in how I spend my evenings
