That's what I pulled off of Fitday.com, I was surprised myself about the calories. I am 6'4 223, 17% BF.

You could take that diet to 2200 calories easy. Stay away from Milk. Use water or Almond Milk. That myofusion must be packed with calories. You also want to check the source of carbs in your PWO. I'd drop the fats as well.

Fitday.com is saying my broccoli is 15grams of fat and 46 grams of fat from the chicken, which I find hard to believe.

The milk is only 5 grams of fat. Personally I like the milk with my shakes, I was just wondering if I should add in like some unsalted peanuts possibly before a workout.

What? lol, are you dipping your broccoli in peanut butter?

Milk is sugar. Lose it. I would kill lactose, dextrose and fructose carb sources.

I cut milk out a couple of weeks ago. I thought it would be tough transition but it was really flawlessly easy. Helps with the sugar cravings also.
