Where did u get 3500 as ur mtnce.... Is this your actual mtnce or thoretical? Based on what?
Because my theoretical mtnce cals for u is around 2400 cals....
Either way, ur surplus is too great.... Your going to gain more fat than anything else....
Aim for around a 250 cal surplus, aiming to gain around 2lbs a month....
Yea I know, it's weird, my doc told me I still have like 1-3 inches to grow...I'm working out 6 days a week for 45-hr. 0 cardio. Although I play basketball for around an hour a day, just shooting hoops, not a game. I'm currently hitting 4k-4100.

Edit: I just went to myfitnesspal and checked that 2 week thing, I actually lost 2.5lbs not 4

Agree with fiber fir sure. Should be 25 g a day minimum. Also why do you want to gain if your already 16%. Assuming you are 16% and not 18
