    I need assistance on my eating

    I workout and do a lot of cardio every week. I recently just 10 pounds in a month, but I believe my eating can definitely be improved.

    Breakfast - Oatmeal with banana
    Snack - low fat cereal bar
    lunch- trail mix (i love it and I know this is probably something i need to change)
    snack- low fat cereal bar
    Dinner- low fat chicken patties

    Yes I know there is a lot of work here, but is this really a bad way to go if im trying to lose weight?

    do you know what would be helpful?
    telling us your TDEE, and then calculating your macros per meal and total macros per day.
    (let me know if you don't understand that)

    I usually eat fruit before/after the gym, and no other time
    skip the low fat cereal bar, and replace with something else
    trail mix is what? crackers and nuts? crackers need to go
    low fat chicken patties are fine

    I see NO veggies or salad! WHERE'S YOUR VEGGIES MAN?

    Veggies are with the dinner, forgot to mentioned that. And yes explain because I'm not sure what you are talking about.

    If all you care about is losing 'weight' than this is likely the wrong forum for you. If your aim is to lose fat and ,at least, retain your muscle whilst cutting then we can help you.

    Post your new diet including cals and macro's when you have it worked out

    I guess my vocabulary is in need of training too when I'm describing my routines. My game plan consist of, dropping body fat, while maintaining a good weight and cardio workout. I want to drop my body fat to around 15% so I can start weigh lifting with AAS. I want muscle growth and, but still be able to obtain speed and agility. Now maybe with that said, you guys can direct me in the right direction.
