I workout and do a lot of cardio every week. I recently just 10 pounds in a month, but I believe my eating can definitely be improved.
Breakfast - Oatmeal with banana
Snack - low fat cereal bar
lunch- trail mix (i love it and I know this is probably something i need to change)
snack- low fat cereal bar
Dinner- low fat chicken patties
Yes I know there is a lot of work here, but is this really a bad way to go if im trying to lose weight?
