No doubt your a big guy, and may very well have a lot if lbm and b strong as an ox...but I'm having a hard time believing u r anything under 25%, and that's giving u the benefit of the doubt.

I admit I was off. So I cant guess worth a fvck lol, but Im nowhere near 30% DEF NOT higher.
Judging by those pix, which I saved and will be using in the future to guess a little better Im between 20% and 25% and considering the gains and my strength, I dont think thats too bad

Guess Ill be hitting the gym EVEN MORE.
So What can I do about the diet aspect? (as its the point of the thread afterall ) Should I replace 2 of the shakes with steak? This is what I had planned.

No I def dont plan on bulking. So since my BF% is apparently though the roof, I guess Im looking to lean down. My body responds fairly quick to everything, so Im easy to work with. I def wanna retain as much LBM as possible. And Im usually in the gym for an hour to an hour and a half without cardio.

30% easy. U can tell just by your forarms ..not a vein or muscle seperation. Same with the bi's which are usually the last place males hold bf% it only gets worse shirt off.
Dude you are huge bro and like tron said prolly strong as hell. If you got your diet in check n did a full cutter you'd look jacked!!
Figure your maintanace cals ( get a bod pod so were not guessing) the adjust your cals and do a simple macro split n you'll cut up fast.
Dude don't be so hard on yourself. No reason to have self esteem issues with the amount of muscle you have. Just cut it up bro

You really need to read up on calories and macro's and understand them. Ditch your shakes and come up with a 2500cal diet. Personally I would suggest 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat to start with.
Ditch your shakes and do cardio after every lifting session.
Read the cutting 101 stickie too and then post a diet for critique including your calories and macro's.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Just a round figure for your lbm. Your mainyance cals are around 3000, eat clean at 2500 n hit up cardio. Log your foods.. N do the math.

Also, where can I go to find the nutrients in most items? Its list on some, but I get a lot of my food from a local organic store and the nutrient contents are usually not listed on most items there, except meats.
