My Diet - Feel free to critique

Keep in mind my diet is constantly changing. I switch it up about every week or two.
That being said, I know people are gonna want statics as well, so here they are... I am now:
    22 yrs of age
I think Im 5'9'' but my license says 5'11'' so lets go with 5'11''
    300lbs (297lbs to be exact)
13% - 16% body fat (can get down to 12% very easily)
Never used gear (dont plan to anytime soon)

upon waking (0600) - 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Hydrolyzed Whey, 2 scoop Probolic S-R, 2 scoops HumaPro

1.5 to 2 hrs later - 1-1.5 cup(s) of oatmeal (100% organic) with some type of fruit

1.5 to 2 hrs later - 9oz-12oz of fish with some type of green (salad, broccoli, spinach, etc), 2 scoops HumaPro

    (workout usually goes here)

post workout or (if off) 1.5 to 2 hrs later - some type of blended shake like crushed oats (made into a fine powder with an herb grinder), 10 egg whites, 2 yolks, 2 scoops of O.N. Hydrowhey, 1 scoop Probolic SR, in whole milk (soon to be replaced with almond milk).

1.5 to 2 hrs later - 2 scoops HumaPro, 7oz-9 oz of sirloin or rib-eye steak (Pasteur fed meats ONLY), and 2 veggies, and a piece of fruit

1.5 to 2hrs later - 2 scoops HumaPro, salad with about 2 TBsp of ranch dressing.

1.5 to 2 hrs later- 2 scoops of O.N. Hydrowhey, 9oz-120z of chicken (sometimes ketchup), and a veggie.

(if time)1.5 to 2 hrs later - 2 scoops HumaPro, 1 to 2 cup(s) oatmeal in whole milk.

Just before bed (2200) - 1 scoop O.N. Hydrowhey, 2 scoops Probolic S-R, and a piece of fruit.

Throughout the day I also carry around a gallon water jug that I drink on and I keep 2 spare gallons in glass jugs in the breakroom at work and sometime bring 2 jugs with me and I usually drink at least a gallon and a half of water a day, not counting shakes (filtered water, so minus all the brain dumbing, mind numbing, fluoride and other heavy metals, and my filter also filters radiation)

    Other vitamins and supps:
Multivitamin - Animal Pack or GNC Mens Sport (both 2 to 3 times daily)
    Primrose oil
Fish oil, flaxseed oil, 3,6,9 complex
Glucosamine with MSM and hyloronic acid
    B vitamin complex
    CoQ10
    2000mg to 5000mg of L-Carnitine
Preworkout powder (2 scoops of C4)
    Vitamin C (30000-5000mg per day)
    Vitamin D with Calcium

I think thats about it... I feel like Im forgetting something

Wow. Incredible stats OP. I don't think I've ever met a 300lb man with that low BF in person.

With those stats bro you don't need to be having you diet critiqued.....

Diet down and come in at a shredded 260 and go win the Olympia as a natural

And yes I'm being sarcastic, I think you may have guesstimated your stats a bit out

s h i t! I wish! I think Im fat lol. Im REALLY hard on myself not a bad thing I dont guess, but I do have low self esteem, always have. Thats why I got into body building. The only place I feel confident 100% is in the gym.

Im working on cutting out some of the powders though and adding in more real food. ITS JUST SO EXPENSIVE!

Yea, when I cut out just 2 shakes a day, I lose CRAZY weight, CRAZY fast. Thats why Im working on getting some more reall food in there and trying to get rid of at least 2 of the shakes. BUT AGAIN, keep in mind, my diet is CONSTANTLY changing and so are my workouts.

Then use your phone and a mirror. You are saying that, drug free at 22years old, and allowing for a massive drop of 10lbs of muscle you could step on stage at 260lbs at 3-6%?

I definitely need to see a pic, these are huge figures and I'm yet to see anybody else on this site back up similar stats with a photo.

Lets bear in mind Marcus is (I think) about the same height (possibly shorter) as the OP and 240lbs, give or take at the same bf. The OP is claiming an additional 50lbs LBM at 22, drug free and with that diet!?!?

And an extra 70lbs or so LBM on you isn't it?

Hmm, I dunno, never tried. I dont compete. Just LOVE to lift. Some times I sacrifice sleep, just to lift longer cuz I hate sleepin. If I didnt have to, to maintain and or live, I wouldnt. Sometimes I'll fast for a day and just basically be at the gym 8 to 12 hrs. I love being completely exhausted when I leave on days like that.

Why u think I dont even have any pix of myself past age 15? Cuz Im too self-aware to take pix. I hate pix! Had to pay for a new camera for a friend once cuz I broke him camera after he sneaked a pic of me LOL. And cuz of this fear/self-esteem issue, This is why I havent posted my diet and all before now lol

Lemme try to build up the confidence and I'll snap a pic or two or try to get my girl to do it (think Id rather though)

Kel is a big, veiny boy yes. Actually I think he's closer to 50 than 40!!!!!

The more big, impressive boys (and girls) we have on this site the better, there is likely to be things we can learn from them. But I'm afraid I only believe what I see and I hope I'm gonna be a believer.

Dunno what I was thinkin putting 19 cuz at 19 I was actually kinda fat lol I think thats where my self-esteem issues came into play. Under normal circumstances, I wouldnt be telling ANYONE about that, but its relevant here. And I know I was 15, cuz at 15 I had to move in with my dad in a trashy, trailer park (straight outta 8 mile) and thats where I took that pic and thats about the time I just working out at home, doing simple stuff, like pushups.

Fine, Im at work right now, but no one else is here, Ima go try to snap a pic in the bathroom. Of course I'll have to keep my clothes on LOL and find the right lighting.
