These past few weaks my veins have been popping out in a really scary way ! Everybody in the gym has been commenting on them especially my calfs and quads . I am around 8-9 % bodyfat right now . I have reached lower body fat before but my veins werent as visible and dialalated as they are now. Is this something to worry about ? Dont get me wrong i love being vascular . But in terms of health , is this normal ?

By the way i am natural and am only taking a preworkout , multivitamins , bcaa,s , and eating real food for 7 meals

If it's happening suddenly and you're natural/haven't introduced Nitric Oxides, etc.., check your blood pressure. Could be dehydrated as well.

I check my blood pressure every weak and its 100 % normal . I havent changed anythong in my diet and i have been eating the same foods for 4 months straight now . The only change was that i introduced hit cardio daily for 15 mins in the morning. Protein is 250 , carbs 275 g , fats come feom animal protein , 6 fish oils , and 10 g from almonds . My carb sources are oats and grits . Goal is to reach 4% bodyfat .

Low body fat will bring on Vascularity. But since you say it's sudden and extreme, this tells me something changed, I'd say you're just dehydrated.

Right on bro , i will up my water intake these next few days and see if anything changes . I will try to take a photo on empty stomach tmrw morning so that u guys can see what i am talking about . I have a show coming up in a month and i really want to keep my health intouch preparing for it . I am 202 lbs now at 8-9 % so i still have around 9-10 lbs to lose
