Meal2 4 boiled eggs 1 whole 3 just whites
Meal3 5oz tuna 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal4 5oz tuna spinach salad almonds balsamic dressing
Meal5 chicken/tilapia 1/2 cup brown rice spinach salad balsamic dressing
Meal6 protein shake post workout
Will switch the tuna with chicken/tilapia an vice versa every other day or so!!
