Finally I think I have my diet down!!!
Meal1 protein shake 1/4 cup oats tsp natty peanut butter
Meal2 4 boiled eggs 1 whole 3 just whites
Meal3 5oz tuna 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal4 5oz tuna spinach salad almonds balsamic dressing
Meal5 chicken/tilapia 1/2 cup brown rice spinach salad balsamic dressing
Meal6 protein shake post workout
Will switch the tuna with chicken/tilapia an vice versa every other day or so!!

What are your goals, what are your stats, what are the macros?

Try to lean bulk I suppose more bulk than anything really!! 5'10" 185lbs 31yrs an not exactly sure about the macros will have to look again when I get off work!!

I wouldn't eat that much tuna everyday it's high in mercury. I would switch it up with wild caught salmon you can get it in packets or cans like tuna
