have any of you tried cycling carbs week by week (I will explain what I mean below)
So what I mean by the above is setting your carbs at
Different amounts each week.
FOR EXAMPLE
Week 1- 1.5g carbs per lb of LBM
Week 2- 1g per lb LBM
Week 3- 0.5g per lb of LBM
Then repeat the cycle

I got the idea from Jim stoppani's short cut to shred. I think it's an interesting idea, the high week will recharge your metabolism setting you up to lose optimal amounts of bodyfat. I don't think it's over thinking, when you consider basic day to day carb cycle is complicated seen as you have to remember how many carbs your having from one day to the next. Where as this cycle is pretty straight forward, you eat the same amount of carbs all week, then the next and so on.
I just thought it was an interesting concept, thought I would run it past you guys, see what you thinks
