    Critique my diet?

Assuming I take a multi-vitamin and fish oil, and a glass of fiber substitute, would this near-liquid cut work? I really enjoy shakes/mixes for their convenience and I can take them everyday and not long for anything else.
I keep the carbs high because I do boxing drills EOD and still lift (1 set removed) and 20 mins. cardio 5 days/week.

    3 scoops ON whey
    420 calories
    3g fat
    9g carbs
    90g protein

    Mixed Fruit
    250 calories
    4g fat
    39g carbs
    7g protein

    1 8oz Ensure (to mix w/ whey)
    250 calories
    6g fat
    40g carbs
    9g protein

1 scoop Shakeology (I get it for free)
    160 calories
    2g fat
    17g carbs
    17g protein

1 Tbsp peanut butter (to mix in Shake)
    100 calories
    8g fat
    4g carbs
    4g protein

    3 cups spinach leaves
    21 calories
    0g fat
    3g carbs
    3g protein

    Total:
    1201 calories

    24, 5'8", 174 lbs, ~14-15% BF

I've lost 200 lbs over the last couple years. I've bulked up from 149 lbs to where I'm at now and ready to cut for a bit.

I was just wondering if it would be muscle-sparing and sufficient to do for a couple weeks. I run and box a lot, and it's hard to keep solid food down. It hits all my macros, I get my daily fiber, and it's something much easier on my stomach.

You have lost over half your body weight. Whoot whoot. Wow. I am in awe. Re your diet I eat more protein then you. Your split is off. Have you read the sticky in cutting. Awesome information.

At 174lbs 15%bf ur maIntenance cals are roughly 2250

    Standard Maintenance Split:
    2250calories
    40/40/20 pro/carb/fat split
    225g pro
    225g carbs
    50g fat

I see u refer to ur carbs at 112g as "high"??? This is incorrect IMO. I would consider this on the low side. I suppose the label "high" is relative, but for maintenance (or even cutting assuming not keto) 112g carbs is on the low side.

    Read both these:
    http://forums.steroid.com/nutrition-...%2A%2A%2A.html

    http://forums.steroid.com/nutrition-...1-cutting.html

For the record: i think ur idea of a liquid diet is a horrible idea for a guy who is trying to body build.

I probably should've said from the beginning that I legitimately do have hypothyroidism, which is ironic because my mother had hyperthyroid. I put on weight while bulking at just 2000 calories, and that's with all the cardio and boxing. To lose all that weight the first time around I was dieting at 1200 calories.

sounds like u need a better endocrinologist! are u on synthroid or armour?? from my understanding (and it is limited regarding thyroid) the meds should put u back to normal where u can eat normally. my brother had his thyroid completely removed (killed - very hyper thyroid) and is on synthroid and can eat normally.
