advise/critique new diet
after good advise from this site. ive decided i need to lower some body fat. im at 15% now and would like to get around 10-12%.
tell me what you all think about my new cutting diet.
7am
meal 1: 200ml egg whites. 1 egg. 50g oats. 36g protein 31g car.bs 9g fat
10am
meal 2: 1 scoop ON protein. 15ml olive oil. 24g pro. 15g fat
1pm
meal 3: 175g chicken breast. 100g broc. 56g pro 7g carb. 7g fat
3pm meal 4: 200g pork mince. 50g oats/rice? 45g pro 31g carbs 12g fat
4.30pm workout
6pm
meal 5: 1 scoop ON protein. 50g oats. 29 pro. 34g carbs. 5g fat
9pm
meal 6: 175g chicken breast. 100g broc. 59g pro 7g carbs 7g fat.
total. 253g protein 113g carbs 55g fat= 1947 calories.
pecent are 52% pro 23% carbs 25% fat

stats: 6 foot 187 pounds (85kg) 15% bf.

Can anyone say where this is a good cutting diet or not? I have red all the stickys just making sure I understand

Eating around 115g carbs a day for cutting. Would I need to carb up day in there aswell?
