    ^ lol 405 paying attention!

Although the answer it's never bad to drink water, I'm curious where this question stems from. I'm sure you've heard or read about it.... what are the reasons listed?

I personally don't eat fruit when hardcore cutting. "Bad"? of course not.

Well, unless you've had gastric bypass surgery...but I'm hoping the OP hasn't.

The concern there would be volume. Certainly not "bad" if patient implements the post surgery diet phases.

Water with a meal speeds gastric emptying (which is an issue if you have a tiny stomach and a shortened small intestine) and can cause gastric dumping syndrome (Gastric dumping syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

This is why these lardos should drink only between meals (+ they would never be able to eat enough if they drank water alongside their meals).
Makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up.
