    Pre - workout meal for hardcore train !

    Is sandwich of peanut butter and eggs enough for doing hardcore train ?

    2 - that sounds fcking disgusting!

    3 - One meal doesn't dictate what's 'enough': it's about your diet in its entirety. That said, it's not what I'd choose for a preworkout meal tbh.
