    Flavouring/sauces ideas for cutting.

    What flavour/spices do you use while on a cutting diet?

    salt,pepper,chilli powder,garlic salt,onion salt, lea and perins, ginger powder,cinamon powder, herbs. reduced salt and sugar or low carb tomatoe sauce,reduced salt and sugar brown sauce.

    Are things like soy sauce, taco spice. Peri peri spice ok?

    thats hard to say mate, as "ok" depend on what you want to achieve i.e if your going on stage then it all counts but if you just want to have teh beach body then not so much......check the info on the back of the packets, the ones we have in the UK have all macros on there.(then fit it in to your macros and itl be good to use)..........

    Ok thanks mate. Just looking to drop from 15% to hopefully around 10-12% bf.

    good stuff mate.....if you get stuck post up your diet for critique.

    also if you arent already id be hitting the HIIT cardio after your weights, this will help you lots IMO.
